REV appears to be a library of transcripts, so I will bookmark it for later reference. Their original transcription includes time-stamps and the interjections by other people, but Time has better paragraphing and is the only one with clarifications of the visuals, such as who Trump pointed at.

Both of them have paragraphing but no “extras.”

CNN favors us with their personal views, without identifying their source; a look at the first couple of screens shows that they are following the standard MO of the fact-checkers: quibbling over details to avoid a “true” and omitting relevant context to give a “false” interpretation. Sometimes they were probably correct, and Trump’s team shouldn’t let him use easily debunked numbers or references.
However, seeing what the Regime Media believes is always useful knowledge, and the annotations were not always negative, especially regarding his guests.

It might be entertaining to see if they differ in any way, but it’s probably not worth the effort to find out. Some spot checks haven’t turned up any deviations, so Trump may have been sticking with his script more than usual.

If you can only read one, I recommend the CNN, and you can check their fact-checks if you are interested. Second would be Time, for the “who” he indicated. Rev is good if you want to find something on a video, using the time-stamps.

I’ve watched shorter feature movies!

Not only did Trump have a lot to say, and a reasonably captive audience to say it to, he is demonstrating (again) that anyone claiming he is medically or psychologically unfit for the office is full of malarkey.

It felt long, but since it started (typically) ’30 minutes’ late, it did not end up seeming any longer than some of the others we have seen (maybe Obama’s or Clinton’s??)

One thing I learned from the speech last night is that laughing at the Ds is much more effective than taking them seriously anymore. And it’s much more a mentally healthy attitude for us on the other side.
