Dershowitz seems to think judge shopping is normal and ok. Personally I have no regard for most of Robert’s court system. Unconstitutional gun laws sit rotting in various fed courts. $100 of thousands tied up fighting this shit. Fed “judge” rules AR-15 not protected by 2A. Another or perhaps the same shithead rules AR-15s are offensive and not defensive weapons. What utter crap. Meanwhile, justice Barrett gets a $2 million dollar book deal. Unethical crap, crap, crap.

Agreed with the caveat that a Constitutional amendment passed by one Congress and ratified by 3/4 of the States presents a high barrier to repeal by a later Congress .

Trump renamed Obama’s creation, the U.S. Digital Service (USDS). It was an agency already in existence. He repurposed it to audit federal spending and named it the Département of Government Efficiency. (DOGE)

There is nothing in the Constitution about the POTUS auditing or not auditing the books of the executive agencies. IMO, auditing the books is a part of faithfully executing the office of the Presidency.

There’s one thing the Democrats love – spending our tax money. DOGE is exposing how profligate the Congress has been. All Democrats and a number Republicans share the blame. But for the Democrats that we see in the streets in D.C., this is nothing short of a cataclysmic, earth-shaking “constitutional crisis.” Not so. It’s merely a long hoped for unmasking of the waste and fraud that our government has indulged in for far too long.
