I am not addressing Wehrmacht behavior on the Eastern Front, nor am I addressing the treatment of FFI fighters and operatives.

The “Myth of the Clean Wehrmacht” is used largely in reference to Wehrmacht and Waffen SS conduct in the war in the East.

There were exceptions, of course. E.g., the Malmedy Massacre and the Oradour Massacre. These were, however, perpetrated by by Waffen SS units. Not Wehrmacht.

IIRC on the Eastern Front the Wehrmacht were knee deep in the atrocities, on the Western Front the Wehrmacht were involved in numerous actions (atrocities) in dealing with the French resistance.

For one, we have hostages that have been rescued after more than Day 300 of Captivity.

So obviously not all of them were killed by Israel on Day 3.

For two, the IDF have been finding other hostages who were executed far more recently, probably in order to prevent a rescue, and without injuries that would fit with friendly fire.

That also destroys the idea of all hostages having being killed by Day 3.

For Three: Even if we ignored all of that and pretended your Jew hating blood libel was true, *it would be incumbent upon Hamas to acknowledge all the hostages are now dead* as part of the peace process, presumably so that it can turn over the bodies. It has refused to do that. Indeed, it has refused to even make the claim your butt head did and say “you killed them all inshallah.”

Which by logic means your claim is not even supported by Hamas etc al.

Fourthly: “They allege died by friendly fire of bombing apartment buildings” is so stupid. Very few of the hostages found dead or alive were in apartment buildings topside, but instead in fortified underground positions like tunnels and bunkers, often in the same general complex as the apartment buildings but distinct from them. Like most totalitarian cults Hamas values its negotiating chips far more than it does the lives of “its people.”

Fifth: If the Israelis were “carpet bombing all apartment buildings” we’d know about it, for starters from drone footage. That hasn’t happened.

But sure, we’re the ones who lack frontal lobes in working order because we can point to the objectively true and living hostages rescued long after Day 3.

Riiiight.

And, not so cool on the Eastern Front.

Still, the Brits awarded three VC on representations of German officers of actions they d witnessed.
