Not many or they would not be voting Democrat.” Even writers in the conservative City Journal confuse price increases due to supply/demand changes as “inflation”; rather than recognizing “real inflation” is only due to monetary devaluation from an excess supply of money. Those who truly understand this may be only 3% of the voters, at best?

While I agree with you saying “… it’s going to take some really hard times for the majority of citizens to wake up”; I believe this is incorrect: “The Gramscian march began during the 1960s and Vietnam.” Even if he developed his ideas in the 1920’s/30’s, we can look to Woodrow Wilson and John Dewy as prior exemplars of illiberal approaches to social and governmental actions. Some people even blame TR for his advancing Progressivism.
