No big deal, just a beginner’s milestone after doing various scales and finger exercises for the past few weeks.

I’m taking it slow because of my tendinitis issues. I am getting the romance of the electric guitar.

Here are the real guys, “The Sandals,” older now, one on acoustic, another on Strat, and the third playing a portable keyboard that he blows into, called a melodica.

My god! He’s younger than me. I remember him from Jerry Pournelle who always called him the “Frumious* Frum.” I assumed Frum was an old adversary from Jerry’s generation.

I’ve heard Israel wanted to move after October 7th but the Biden administration forbade it.

However, Israel has been so brilliantly fast the White House has been unable to respond. Israel is inside the American OODA loop — Observe, Orient, Decide, Act.

It’s not outside the realm of possibility Israel may push this far enough to take out Iran’s nuclear weapon facilities — as they have wanted to do for years.
