It is a show trial (although they may get a conviction in NY court). How else to explain the playing of the Access Hollywood tape that has no bearing on the alleged crime.

I think I’ve said this elsewhere, but if the left succeeds in (a) getting a conviction in any of the Trump trials and/or (b) manage to get Biden “reelected” they really won’t like what comes after Trump. It won’t be back to business as usual, with Nikki Haley or some other establishmentarian, we’re much more likely to get our own version of Nayib Bukele.
