That because Putin is opposed to the far left (woke) he gets loves from isolationist Conservatives even though Conservatives don’t condone murdering political opponents or invading smaller, weaker, neighbors, or at least didn’t used to. The Prime Minister also speculates that such isolationist Conservatives suffering from PFS talk about China being the real threat but won’t stand against China when it moves on Taiwan.

IMO (om) much like the reviled GOPe on domestic issues the isolationist PFS Conservatives will never find a hill worth fighting for.

The powers of the President of Ukraine terminate prior to the expiration of term in
cases of:
1. resignation;
2. inability to exercise his or her powers for reasons of health;
3. removal from office by the procedure of impeachment;
4. death.

The Rada removed Yanukovych for abandoning his position- though he was in Kharkiv at the time. I don’t think that procedure is in the constitution.

He wasn’t impeached, which is covered in Article 111 and requires judicial review and a 3/4 vote of the Rada to remove the President.
