Insty’s got a link up today claiming that Trump’s PAC is down over $100 million. Speculation at Insty’s site is that it’s due to Trump’s legal bills.

I would think it would be good for Trump to help out Harrison Floyd. Good for Trump and good for Floyd. But it was suggested to me that the media, the prosecution, and the judge might think of that as an attempt to influence Harrison’s testimony. I don’t know the law, but it does seem like prosecutors can use all kinds of carrots and sticks to get the testimony they want out of witnesses.

Trump has been “truthing” about his chances to win Florida’s primary without expressing concern about the hurricane in those truths. Maybe he did so elsewhere, but it’s not good “optics.” We know that Joe Biden, who got all those votes because of his capacity to show empathy, is strangely indifferent to people’s sufferings, but some voters will still think of him as more caring than Trump, and the media will seize on anything that appears to support that assessment.

FWIW: For anyone interested in making their feelings clear about the Georgia events, we have this opportunity. MAKITA power tools for the USA are only made in Georgia. You can choose DeWalt if you need a new tool. I know there are not a lot of people out there on a daily basis buying power tools. But, if you tell everyone you know and particularly the folks in construction it might start to make an impression.

I saw the Floyd interview with Bannon. Fani Willis is a disgrace. Unfortunately she has the support of Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger and the rest of the Republican establishment in Georgia. They looked the other way at the obvious fraud in the 2020 election and now they are willing to ignore the Constitution as long as they can destroy their enemy Trump.
