We’re in the world of cRaZY. Sure, most of you agree. Today’s recent proof:
Sanctuary locale New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams in very plain English words stated about immigration on Tuesday August 29, 2023, “Any plan that does not include stopping the flow at the border is a failed plan.” See, https://www.cbsnews.com/newyork/news/mayor-eric-adams-hints-he-may-send-asylum-seekers-to-other-parts-of-new-york-state-defying-the-governors-wishes/#
To any sane person, Adams is saying that there is a substantial flow that’s gotta be stopped. This, of course, is consistent with the news reports from various sources that readers of this blog have seen.
Yesterday, August 30, 2023, on recorded TV no less, Biden’s (and really the Democrat Party’s) own spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre, was confronted as follows by Mayor Adams’ statement, “Eric Adams is saying…any plan that does not include stopping the flow at the border is a failed plan. So, why aren’t you guys stopping the flow at the border?”
Yet, despite all the news reports, which include videos of undocumented immigrants streaming across the border and hordes of undocumented immigrants sleeping on NYC’s streets, and despite being called out by fellow Democrat Eric Adams, KJP, on recorded TV, had no shame in immediately responding: “We are stopping the flow at the border.” See,

With all that being said, because we are in a cRaZY world (which of course is the destination of the Gramscian march),
Joe Biden will be the Democrat nominee, even if he is reduced to 1 functional hour a day, even if he is reduced to speaking only about his family’s suffering during its kitchen remodeling 19 years ago.
So, yeah, we think the trick for the Dems is replacing Harris with Newsom. But we’re in cRaZY world. Harris will be his VP.

There is a rumor that incriminating audio will surface in the next few months that will force Joe to withdraw or even resign. It’s just a rumor, so far as I know, and even if there is a recording, so much is already out there implicating Joe and it hasn’t hurt him.

Experience suggests that Joe won’t go easily. If he pulls out of the nomination race, will there still be impeachment procedings? Pulling out might be seen as an admission of guilt and speed the clock towards impeachment or resignation, which would make Harris president and harder to dislodge. And how are the primary registration deadlines? Will Harris and Newsom have time to get on the ballot? There could be hundreds of Biden delegates and Biden not running. The race could conceivably be decided at the convention. A dream, perhaps, for political junkies and political nostalgics but something that the country hasn’t seen in decades.

Another rumor: new Maryland governor Wes Moore for VP. Young, articulate, etc. The new Obama. He could stop Black men from deserting the ticket. He might be more popular with Black women than Kamala Harris. Liberal White women would be too afraid to object and might even take him to their hearts. People would stop talking about Michelle Obama and leave her alone. Newsom and Moore would be two comparatively young guys, this century’s Clinton and Gore. I say this knowing nothing about the man other than that he wrote a book about someone else named Wes Moore.

Newt Gingrich certainly has experience in DC politics, but at this point he may have no more inside knowledge of what’s going on than any of us. Whatever personal contacts he still has may not lead to much real info, and he may be living in the same echo chamber as the rest of us.

I still think it will end up Newsom or Michelle Obama – she’s the only one who the Dems could plausibly use against Harris without the ‘black woman’ problem…in fact, she’s the ‘authentic’ black that Harris isn’t (and her husband Barack isn’t either). A ‘grassroots’ campaign urging Moochelle to run to ‘preserve Obama’s and Biden’s legacy’ would be plausible and could attack Harris for being ineffective without other problems….

Of course they want to get rid of Joe and preferably Kamala as well. I think the dreaded “A” word has already been brought up in regards to Trump. So what about a JFK like scenario for Biden? This could conveniently be blamed on MAGA Republicans (and by extension all Republicans), How could anyone support an R after such brutality? I frighten myself even thinking about things like this, but recent events seem to demonstrate that nothing is really beyond the pale for those who desire to keep the D’s forever in charge of “our Democracy”. And hopefully I do not need to clarify that I think this would be a really terrible thing to happen, and I don’t support the idea in any way.
