You know Joe Frazier was probably the most psychologically tough fighter who ever lived.

He was short, had one bad arm from a childhood accident, and one bad eye from a busted speed bag that came apart from all the abuse; but he was relentless. He would never stop coming forward. You literally had to kill him to make him quit.

Frazier was the one fighter Ali feared because Ali knew that their rivalry was a personal blood-feud and that Joe would rather die in the ring let Ali win, even though Joe was a smaller, half-blind, one handed fighter. He made up the difference in height, weight, speed, grace, ring intelligence, punch resistance and even power with stamina and will.

Stamina and will are fearsome traits that are not equally distributed throughout the population. Stamina and will alone can crown a champion.

where there’s a will to think Trump guilty of crimes – and there is such a will in many people – there’s a multiplicity of ways.

Doesn’t some part of you want to see Trump win the 2024 presidential election as a political prisoner from a prison cell??

A Justice Department career official who oversees the DOJ’s election crimes unit resigned on Monday night, several hours after Attorney General Bill Barr issued a new Trump-friendly policy authorizing investigations into allegations of mass voter fraud before the election results are certified.

Richard Pilger, the director of the election crimes branch at the department’s Public Integrity Section (PIN), sent an email to his colleagues announcing that he was stepping down in response to the new rule.

“Having familiarized myself with the new policy and its ramifications, […] I must regretfully resign from my role as Director of the Election Crimes Branch,” Pilger wrote.

He told his colleagues that PIN Deputy Chief Robert Heberle would serve as acting director of the branch, and assured them that PIN “remains committed to operating properly in all of its functions.”

Earlier on Monday evening, Barr released a memo informing federal prosecutors that under the new policy, they may pursue “substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections” in their jurisdictions. Critics slammed the rule change and accused Barr of feeding into President Donald Trump’s undemocratic efforts to undermine President-elect Joe Biden’s legitimate victory by baselessly crying voter fraud.

A DOJ official claimed in an interview with the New York Times that Trump, who has refused to concede the race to Biden, nor GOP lawmakers had asked Barr to enact the policy.

Trump has been on a crusade to steal the election with bogus accusations that his defeat was caused by mass voter fraud despite the fact that such fraud has not been proven to exist.

The post is dated November 10, 2020, seven days after the election on November 3.
Not much time to prove anything; Pennsylvania and Georgia were still counting on November 6.

(I’m relying on Wikipedia for dates; their post is predictably “mainstream” against all the suspicious incidents, even those later shown to be actually illegal, legal but biased, or at least rigged aka “fortified” as the Left bragged later.)

I remember being surprised at Barr’s quick reversal from the memo mentioned here to his “no evidence” statement reported on December 1, but the connection with Heberle was what I missed.

Did Barr not know about Heberle’s past corrupt prosecutions, not care, or still believe (like Andy McCarthy) that his former colleagues at DOJ were all honorable men, except for maybe an occasional bad apple?

The DOJ appointed Robert Heberle, the acting Chief of the “Public Integrity Section” (PIS) of the Criminal Division of the Department, to investigate and prosecute “election related” crimes two weeks ago. This followed in the wake of the very public resignation of the prior prosecutor who refused to follow the President’s agenda. Heberle and PIS are notorious for prosecuting conservatives and being hitmen for [sic] conservative politicians.

Heberle started at the Department of Justice’s PIS in 2011 at the height of Obama’s power, and official crimes and executive branch reign of terror.

Heberle has been part of a DOJ Section – PIS – that is notorious for flawed political prosecutions, most notably that of former Senator Ted Stevens.

He means hitmen against conservatives, of course.

I missed this at the time (can’t read everything!), but I already knew about many cases in the long list of deliberate persecutions-cum-prosecutions, while others just as bad or worse were new to me.

Conservative political prisoners in America are excessively punished for minor transgressions or in some cases, for invented crimes.

The targets of the Department of Justice are conservatives who might launch a campaign for Senate, critical figures within the conservative movement, and potential future candidates. Their selection of cases shows their biases.

The endless corruption of the Department of Justice was seen for years as simply part of Trump Derangement Syndrome. But, it didn’t start in reaction to Trump. Its documented hostility and animus towards conservatives, and willingness to abuse the law to achieve those political ends, goes back decades. It also shows that they will not investigate any credible accusation of voter fraud and will instead continue their campaign of oppression, intimidation, and terror. These people are paid by your taxes, and their job is to oppress you and ensure you remain a pet peasant without consequence.

The events since November 2020 seem to bear out these assertions.

On Tuesday, The Gateway Pundit broke a BLOCKBUSTER REPORT on 2020 voter fraud in Michigan.

The investigation had been buried by politicians, government investigators and the press.

On October 8, 2020, only one month before the 2020 general election, Muskegon, MI City Clerk Ann Meisch noticed a black female, whose name was later redacted from the police report, dropping off between 8,000-10,000 completed voter registration applications at the city clerk’s office. Clerk Meisch immediately noticed that the stacks of registrations included the same handwriting, non-existent addresses, and incorrect phone numbers.

During their investigation, the state police discovered the women worked for GBI Strategies. This was included in their police report. The group had temporary offices in numerous Michigan locations. The police also identified Gary Bell as the head of the organization.

When the police inspected the GBI Strategies office near Muskegon they found semiautomatic guns, silencers/suppressors, burner phones, a bag of pre-paid cash cards, and incomplete registrations, in an office space that was styled as an eyeglasses store that had gone defunct.

There were never any arrests. And the investigation was turned over to the FBI where it went to die, just like all of the other Democrat voter fraud investigations. Back in November 2020, Bill Barr appointed a notorious DOJ attorney who covered up voter fraud crimes. [see link in next comment]
