Videos which even a stupidhead like me immediately spotted as ridiculous fakes. But (I think this was noted by Scott Atlas) those videos had already been PROVEN to be fakes long before Birx wrote her book—yet she still cites to them.

Yup, real scientists should just believe in the truth and efficacy of whatever the Chinese government says or does. The same country that, even now, insists on spraying down streets with disinfectants to stop Covid.
