Actually, “Biden” IS the law; or if you will, “Biden” interprets the law as “he” believes it should be interpreted.
And if any judge might deign to get in the way—or, say, SCOTUS—then that judge (and/or SCOTUS) will be placed squarely in “Biden”‘s crosshairs (as SCOTUS, e.g., currently is…and has been for quite some time).
IN ADDITION, there’s also the “handy tool” of Executive Order, which “Biden” MUST (and does) exploit to the full (since “his” goal is utter destruction and deprivation, which—for “him”—is THE cutting edge of “lawful”; which destruction is VITAL in “his” grim and diabolical world, but which is STILL, nominally at least, all too often illegal WRT the law of the land. Which is, of course, why SCOTUS, in its current incarnation, MUST BE DECISIVELY SUBVERTED and ultimately CRUSHED. And while “Biden” is most creative when it comes to “end arounds”, “optics” will always be an issue for “him” as it was during “his” first two terms—hence the shameless, ubiquitous prevarication—which is a bit strange, frankly, since he has the CORRUPT Media firmly shilling for him).

In the summer of 2021, I wrote my Congresswoman complaining about lax border enforcement. Her reply was that the illegals were all refugees and that we should welcome them to our country. This was in the midst of Covid and lockdowns. I knew then that it was all intentional.

This pan was hatched by the Dems and many open border NGOs such as Puebla Sin Fronteras and many leftist Catholic churches. They literally want to transform this country into a South American type of Banana Republic where the left will control the government forever.

It used to be an impeachable offense to fail to enforce the law. Not enforcing the law is now acceptable to the left. We see it all over the country – mostly Democrat DAs and Attorneys General. It’s Cloward-Piven. They are flooding the system with lawlessness and chaos. We complain and they laugh at us.

I’m enraged by what’s happening. I hope there are at least 80 million people that are mad as hell and ready to vote them out of office.

Apropos of boots on the border: The Department of Defense is sending 1,500 active-duty soldiers and Marines (and a few airmen)– not to blast the invaders back across the border but to perform clerical tasks in support of DHS personnel:

“While it is rare for active-duty military to be deployed for domestic missions, the troops will not have direct contact with migrants — instead conducting administrative work to free up Department of Homeland Security personnel to handle what is expected to be a dramatic jump in migrants attempting to enter the US.”

No wonder the military is having trouble attracting volunteers.

Meanwhile, I hope Governor Abbott ships as many busloads of “migrants” to Rehoboth, Delaware, as he can over the next few days. They can welcome JoJo when he arrives on Friday for his usual weekend break from “work.”

And can we please eliminate “My country is a sh**hole” as a reason for asylum?
