This rather loosely-wired character represents Westchester County. Yes, he has an EdD degree. Yes, he was a schoolteacher, even though he has never studied an academic subject. Yes, he hates impersonal performance metrics. He also hates feral youths being held accountable for anything. The district he represents is demographically about 1/3 black, so he’s not in office on account of racial chauvinism. Voters of Westchester County, heckuva job.
