Gave a lot of power to snoop on foreign terrorists. The power hungry in the DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc. could not resist using the same tactics against domestic targets. Unlawful search and seizure are now SOP. Who will reign them in? Can a GOP majority Congress and an honest executive make the necessary changes? Can we vote our way out of this? Let us hope.
