Sure, why not. In progressive liberal (i.e. monotonically divergent) societies with an established Pro-Choice religion, the wicked solution socially justifies the elective abortion of a baby, an [unarmed] protestor [in a prone position], with plausible cause, for social, clinical (e.g. experimental medical mandates), redistributive, and fair weather causes, and, if it were at all consistent, barring its ethical (i.e. relativistic) character, should socially justify the abortion of a premeditated murderer, too.

No statute which purported to grant Garland that authority is proper. Defendants are sentenced by the courts and executive clemency is the business of the President or Governor as the case may be.

This 6-3 decision gives us the clearest contrast between the conservative and liberal justices. It defines their respective judicial philosophies and what they consider “Justice.” Liberals don’t just go wobbly — they utterly fail society — even over a terrorist guilty of mass murder.

But the courts in Washington, D.C., are the bulwark protecting the country from the January 6, 2021 insurrectionists, and the White Rage! (fact check – the preceeding sentence is 100% false, and not funny).

Courts meddle a great deal but do not protect us very much.
