There are so many instances of it, at all levels of government, that I just assume that is what is happening and hardly take notice anymore. When a case gets to the court, it is overturned (with the exception of affirmative action), but the damage is already done. San Francisco mayor London just last week admitted she had defunded the SF Police and directed the money saved to the Black Community. Clear violation of the 14th Amendment!
