Though mentioning the wall-to-wall lying of the Democratic Party above (along with that of the media and Info-tech sector that serve, essentially, as the party's Praetorian Guard), it must be said that occasionally, if inadvertently, they do let Truth trickle out:
https://www.blazingcatfur.ca/2021/03/09/biden-aide-coronavirus-pandemic-best-thing-that-ever-happened-for-democrats/

Which explains why Cuomo (and other governors, e.g., Whitmer, Fox and Murphy, etc.---loyal soldiers all) must be, if privately, hailed, and provided protection, at all costs.

IOW why Cuomo is being attacked, officially, ONLY because of his predatory "excesses" and not for his cold-blooded, calculated, murderous decision-making.

His---and their---decisions leading to the deaths of thousands are, in truth, considered heroic necessities which were essential for the electoral coup against Donald Trump---and the nation---to succeed in November 2021.

Which explains the behavior and responses of the upper echelons of the "Biden" administration (and Democratic Party leadership) and which may well enable the "embattled" governor to weather the current storm; though if it does, it will require him to offer some convincingly abject apologies (for which he'll have to rehearse conscientiously) while pledging never to even contemplate doing anything similar in the future. (With the added likelihood of blaming Trump as the one who caused the calamity and the stress that led to Cuomo's inconceivable loss of judgment, etc., etc.)

A comprehensive explication of why the Democratic Party of the USA has become---has been fundamentally transformed into---an anti-American party,and why America is now experiencing its biggest crisis since the Civil War:
https://www.firstthings.com/article/2020/11/postconstitutional-america

And the Democratic, well know it; in spite of all their blustering, sputtering, posturing and lies---particularly because of their tactical (though it appears compulsive) need to lie and to censor "dangerous" criticisms and contrary opinions.

And knowing it well, they likewise know that they must conceal it, disguise it, so that, in fact, DECEPTION is their dogma.

(Note that everything written by the author of the above, Nathan Pinkoski, is extraordinary).

Looks like the US is about to be hit (about?) by a perfect storm of scandals, that is, it will be affected by a supersaturation of decisions/laws/legislation that would be scandalous if things were more or less normal.

But things are not normal. And the Democrats have ensured that their strategy is one of "no holds barred".

So when is a scandal not a scandal?

When one is powerless to do anything about it, perhaps.

IOW a tyrannical situation---a reality of tyranny---buttressed by multi-dimensional Democratic Party lying, constant media cover-ups and massive Infotech censorship.

Such rampant dishonesty has already been seen, of course, e.g.,
the call of "Biden" for national unity, the denial of "Biden" (and "his" press secretary) that there is a crisis on the southern border;
Pelosi's bizarre blame of Trump for the crises (given the denial by "Biden" that a crisis exists and the fact that the current crisis resulted directly from a decision clearly made by "Biden);
the denial by "Biden" that a vaccine was developed in record time because of Trump's policies; and the related denial by "Biden" that a program of vaccination began while Trump was still in office;
the ignoring of Cuomo's murderous COVID policies in favor of his predilection for bullying young women (and the similar ignoring of the records of other Democratic Governors regarding their murderous COVID policies);
the disaster that is HR1 being touted as national salvation;
the decision by the military to publicly berate a journalist for the latter's criticism of policy;
the ongoing obscene clown show of keeping Washington DC behind wire fences, and protected by a National Guard that is not being provided with basic supplies;
the obfuscation of the events of the Capitol breach on Jan. 6th and the concommitant refusal to reveal the cause of death of Officer Sicknick as well as details of the death of Ashli Babbit;
etc.

And I'll go out on a limb and say, "We ain't seen nothing yet".

This systemic lying, covering up but particularly the saturation of scandals is the modus operandi of the Obama administration and---now---the Democratic Party, which he has "fundamentally transformed" in his image.

"Fast and Furious" was and intricate deception.
So was the IRS scandal.
The JCPOA deception was even more impressive, with its bold lying and well thought-out, international theatrical pretenses.
The blindside (but only for those who weren't expecting it) hit-job on Israel, AKA UN Resolution 2334, as the clock was running out on the Obama administration (which some analysts connect, at least in part, to Obama's hit-job on Michael Flynn) is just another example of exquisitely and immaculately planned "payback" by POTUS 44 and his government of thugs.

Which segues seamlessly into the weaponization and corruption of government institutions by that most unscrupulous of administrations.

But all of these were NOTHING in comparison with the intricacy, depth, elaborateness breadth and scope of Russiagate...which itself paled in comparison to the massive and carefully, if wretchedly, contrived operation to steal the 2020 elections.

Each had its own accoutrements of cover up at various levels. And each, of course, was given maximum protection by the corrupt media.

There is thus, given these loathsome precedents, every reason to believe that now, with the Democrats in the catbird sea---fondling the "ring" that they believe they have firmly, and rightly, in their grasp (though at the expense of the potential destruction of the Republic)---they will wreak the destruction they rationalize is in fact redemption upon the country they purport to love even as they wreak vengeance upon those whom they fervently believe---overcome as they are with toxic projection---to be their implacable enemies.

To paraphrase Lincon, a house divided by such perverse, divisive and shameless dishonesty cannot stand. Cannot endure.

Something will have to give.
But what?

Hi, Tom Grey. You said above:

We Truth-loving folk are now an anti-elite persecuted “minority” of Public decision makers (tho possibly a majority of real people – tho most would NOT identify as this.) We need to be getting more organized about how to survive the increasingly intolerant persecution.

As it happens, I was just thinking yesterday about the potential for persecution in the developments of our times. Granting that I'm coming at this question now from an Orthodox Christian perspective, not a conservative political one, thinking of when the Lord talked about the persecutions to come, it seems to me that there's a useful distinction to be made between discrimination and persecution.

I don't exactly know what the difference is yet - not fully sure I would credit the dictionary definitions fully, since we now know that 'dictionary definitions' can be rewritten practically in real time - but intuitively, and especially in the context of Jesus' description of what He was referring to, there may be some element of physical violence visited upon the persecutee, for example.

Built into the Biblical usage (considering the Greek in both OT and NT here) is also a notion of the persecutor going out of his way to pursue or drive the persecutee away. There is also a feeling, it seems to me, that persecution need not be regarded as limited to physical forms of attack.

I was thinking about this because I was pondering a future of being discriminated against and wondering what I should do about it. I've had the germ of some ideas already, but right at the moment it strikes me that discrimination and persecution are distinct and that this is meaningful because I think I am directed to react as a Christian to these in different ways.

Another reason that I find the distinction significant is that if we have on the one hand political discrimination, say, but religious persecution, that may mean that different people of the same political persuasion will be moved to react to that specific set of circumstances in divergent ways depending on which coordinate, political or religious, matters more to them. Likewise, if the climate is characterized by religiousdiscrimination with political persecution simultanous, that may produce yet another set of reactions.

The woman, alas, just cannot stop lying.
It's always Trump's fault!!
(Maybe she'll surprise us one day?... No, not very likely...)
Sigh.
Yawn....
https://www.theepochtimes.com/democrats-republicans-blame-each-other-over-border-surge_3732548.html

This is, of course, why Cuomo isn't being criticized by his fellow Democrats and the loyal media for endangering the lives of all those senior citizens. That was a good thing because he was able to blame Trump for it, adding all those dead seniors together with all the fictitious COVID deaths, thus padding the number for the sake of the election.

Were it not for his macho inclinations, he'd be a hero. Well, he already is a hero...except that...well...

That's right. Abusing women is far, far worse than contributing to the death of thousands.

And there you have it!
