There is much going on, and much of that is complex.

One thing I have seen that has gotten only moderate notice in the press is the apparent weakening of the earth's magnetic field (at least in some areas) and the seeming hastening of the field toward a reversal.

If I were a blogger in these deranged times, I'd keep an eye out for the first public commentator to try and polemically link these phenomena to something to do with Trump. LOL

If this were April 1st you could do it yourself.

Sullivan has no choice but to recuse himself. In addition to the obvious evidence that he's not impartial, there is the fact that the appellate court -- by ordering him to respond -- has made him a combatant in the legal arena. He can't possibly remain as the judge in this case. He'll be removed, the new judge will dismiss, and it will be over. And he can't possibly be stupid enough to try to issue a contempt order or some other nasty hail mary before the removal hits his clerk's office.

Here's a question: is Flynn a loose cannon? I know he was portrayed that way by the MSM back in the day, when he was tossed from DIA. But there seems to be a whiff of gunpowder around his opening days in the Trump Admin, FBI dirty work aside.

OTOH, you don't get to 3-stars by being a loose cannon!

One of my favorite quotes (roughly): "People often confuse having a bad attitude with the ability to think clearly." - Joseph Heller

Used to live where the nearest high school did the old standards; Camelot, West Side Story, Showboat, Bye-Bye-Birdie, Sound of Music. Others. They were always first-rate productions with fabulously talented young folks.
Went to a touring company of Les Miz with a professional cast. The urchin looked like Little Annie, bright, chubby and, for heaven's sake, cheerful. Broke the willing suspension of disbelief.
Our local choral organization convinced a twelve-year old girl to take a week off soccer. She had a different bone structure from the professional. With a bit of makeup, she did look like a kid on the edge in the midst of chaos. Knocked it out of the park. Half a dozen years later, she did the same as Guinevere.
The guy wondering if he'd be a good father (in Showboar?) got me to tears...
Point is, I had no idea who he was. Not one of our kids' friends, so I didn't know anything about him. He wasn't FRANK SINATRA singing a song some guy you never heard of would be singing, or at least thinking, while it's being sung by FRANK SINATRA. He was a young guy, of an age when--in the Showboat world and time--might have been pretty close to the actuality. He wasn't old enough to be confident. He would wonder, and worry. And it wasn't FRANK SINATRA we're sitting there watching sing it.
Loved the whole experience, year after year. It was multiplied by the fact that we had no known stars.
