Most definitely.
All they have to do is keep him breathing until midnight between November 3rd and 4th.
The algorithms, non-registered voters, dead people and write in votes should be able to do the rest.

There isn't a still-open thread on the nutty news nabobs, so Biden is the closest I can get, but CNN has really jumped the shark. Last thing I remember, like maybe Monday, the journolistas were complaining that Trump wasn't following guidelines in his press briefings - so he moved outside and limited the number of reporters (IIRC).
They are going to complain no matter what he does, so he might as well ignore them.

Typical of many politicians, not just Democrats.
However, they are the ones I've noticed most recently.
Hillary in particular was notorious for treating her flunkies like scum, and disdaining to fraternize with any hoi-polloi that hadn't been cleared and scripted.
Obama was no great schmoozer with the plebes either.

Some have also noticed that he touches his face in this video, which is one of the no-nos during this pandemic. He does even worse during another interview, this one with CNN’s Jake Tapper. When Tapper admonishes the former vice president for coughing into his hand, rather than the crook of his arm, Biden explains that “it’s OK because” he’s “alone in his home.” Except that that’s not true: There is at least one individual manning the camera, another the sound equipment.

I ran some numbers a moment ago for New York cases. (I started tracking the daily updates for myself this week because I wanted very much to know how the patterns around where I live are shaping up.)

Per the NY State Dept. of Health's last update from today of positive cases, total statewide is 30,811. But only 2719 of those are upstate, so fewer than 1 in 10. (I'm counting Westchester with 'downstate' for this purpose.) The city of New York is by far the biggest concentration in NY State.

I mention this because it occurred to me that some perspective on the distribution of cases in NY could be helpful to the discussion. I don't know how many deaths there have been in upstate, but anyway, when you hear talk of "New York State" as the hardest-hit of the states, that's true mostly in the sense that greater NYC holds 90% of the cases at this point. I would ask that one bear this in mind.

The NYS DOH website that I'm following doesn't post death numbers, so if anybody has a source for that type of data, I'd like it if you let me know. I kind of care more about cases in general than the death rate, personally, but I suppose having the mortality figures would help me contribute more to the discussion if need be.

on causing panic

Makeshift morgues with tents and refrigeration trucks is set up outside Manhattan's Bellevue hospital in preparation for potential surge in coronavirus victims as New York City's death toll rises to 192

Military personnel and NYC Medical Examiner's Office employees were spotted outside Manhattan's Bellevue Hospital on Wednesday as the makeshift morgue was set up
Huge white dome-like tents and multiple refrigeration trucks were set up as part of the makeshift facility
The coronavirus death toll in New York City has risen to 192 and there are now 17,000 confirmed cases, accounting for more than half the cases in the hardest-hit state in the nation
More than 2,800 people in the city are hospitalized because of the virus - double the figure from three days earlier - and more than 600 are being treated in intensive care

There are currently about 53,000 beds and 3,000 intensive care unit beds in the state's hospitals. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the state could need 140,000 beds and 40,000 ICU beds to cope with the outbreak.

like newsome, i have no idea where he thinks this is going to explode from
however, the hospitals are more about politics than patients or people
scaring the bejesus out of people will net them more free money
they dont perform well, because they dont have to
they dont have to lower costs, because they do this
(which is why they are NEVER solvent, EVER)

New York state currently has a 12 percent hospitalization rate in relation to coronavirus, according to Cuomo. Cuomo said state measures to control the coronavirus appeared to be working as the rate of hospitalizations has slowed in recent days. 'Now that is almost too good to be true,' he said. 'This is a very good sign and a positive sign, again not 100% sure it holds, or it's accurate but the arrows are headed in the right direction.'
