What involvement did Mueller have with Bulger? None.

There’s nothing linking Mueller to that case, according to several attorneys for the men, voluminous court records, and a former federal judge who presided over their wrongful imprisonment trial.

Was Mueller among the prosecutors who wrote letters to the Massachusetts parole board opposing the release of the four before evidence emerged that they had been framed? No…

I first heard about this allegation while watching Sean Hannidy…who still thinks Seth Rich was killed by Hillary or something. A little googling at the time only bought up one Sara Carter, who seems like a low-level bozo.

I’m guessing this conspiracy will end up like Birtherism, Seth Rich, or Uranium One. But frankly I thought the idea that the cops could’ve framed the CP5 was absurd at the time. Turned out Sharpton, who I detest for what its worth, was correct.

So maybe the bozos pushing this theory will be vindicated too. I’m not betting that way, but it’s possible we have another J.Edgar Hoover on our hands. I report, you decide:
