You don’t have much leverage here. It’s all stuff wrapped in boxes wrapped in boxes.

Talking to people who know what’s in those boxes is your best shot.

I’ve said it before — the quality of most software code out there, especially in the web apps, is not inspiring.

However, pressing Ctl-F5 doesn’t stick. If I want to see the latest comments I must press Ctl-F5 again.
