The other thing people should be aware of is that Dallas murderer trained himself in a specific type of shooting. Tactical move and shoot, one movement. He had 2 years to teach himself that, after taking some initial classes from civilian trainers.

That means had he survived, he might have been capable of teaching 500 other BLM terrorists, the same thing.

A person with this tactical shooting method, can go into cover, as they are shooting. Thus making it improbable that average LEO marksmanship can hit them, especially using pistols.
