1) The replacement centers get a bonus per refugee
2) The refugees learn dependency to the tune of a family of 4 receiving $250,000 over a 5 year period in “assistance”.

our generosity is killing us. That $250,000 could pay for all of our kids colleges….

Oh yeah. The Democrats want to do that also.
