In neither case had I taken to the low road first. If you would not have it applied to you then relent in applying it to others. Surely you see the principle involved. Yes?

Just because you know how to use them, you get to decide when others are using them as well, is that how it is with middle levels now a days.

And finally you assert that they need no such provocation; ALL countries (a sophomoric generalization; get a faculty adviser for your high school paper) are naturally acquisitive of power and territory.

This subject has been in various para military, police, and warrior sub cultures for quite some time now. I want to say around 2009 but cannot recall exactly when they got up to official status.

But generally, when Civil War II happens, there will be a way to change the ROE to recognize A and B types, so you don’t get them mixed up.
