It is what separates humans from the Leftist alliance. John Adam was a patriot, a fervent believer in liberty, with all the virtues and vices of being a true believer or fanatic. When he saw a threat, he over reacted with all the power at his disposal.

He was a human being, with all the mistakes and righteous actions that that entails. But he wasn't a Leftist.

If he was a Leftist, everything he did would have been for one purpose and one purpose alone: the perpetuation of evil.

In the play (and movie) 1776, the character of John Adams says, with respect to slavery (paraphrased): "If we do not address this now, I fear posterity will never forgive us."

It turns out that what he actually said was even more prophetic -- enough so as to be spooky, which is no doubt why the line was changed for the play. Mr. Adams actually said something like: "If we do not address this now, in one hundred years I fear we shall pay a terrible price."

Sometimes the best a great man can do is to know when to stay out of the way. That's what Adams did when he got Thomas Jefferson to write the Declaration of Independence. I think he'd be remembered much better by history, had he not gone on to become President.

What John Adams said? See what he did.

That's how people often react to threats they don't understand, or perhaps in this case it is over react. But that is perhaps more sustainable than the current modern day under reaction.

The best US military was after Vietnam, when the draft ended, and before 2009.

At this point, the US military is well on the way to being conditioned to act as royal guards or praetorians. The purges continue non stop, and have been for years now.

The US military often acted as a safety valve for problem people that the Left could not indoctrinate. Since the Left could not reach everyone, they pooled their hate against the Other in the armed forces. That is, of course, until the Left's power reaches such a crescendo that not even the US armed forces are safe from the Left's grasp. A crescendo that we reached some time ago.

The Leftist alliance being an amalgamation of often contradictory ideologies, serial killers, rapists, child molestors, and power corrupt lawyer politicians, has a wide variety of talents and logistical resources to draw from for their operations and SOP.

The US military succeeded in defending American patriots from foreign enemies. But did the citizens do their duty at home, when the enemy came to the gates and demanded that we open them? Did patriots stand up and kill the Domestic Enemy or did people stand around and allow the Domestic Enemy to open the gates?

Now it is too late. Underestimating the Leftist alliance was the final mistake, for from it, we were all doomed to this fate.
