I think the president’s lack of respect for PM Netanyahu is reflected in referring to him as Bibi during official functions with the press. I don’t remember him referring to PM Cameron as Dave in similar situations.

It was always important to hate the Left, even if that meant singling out one person Hussein as the figure head. Because that kind of strong emotion negates the Left’s propaganda illusions and mind control.

For people that don’t feel as strongly, it’s easier for them to continue obeying Hussein or the Left’s authorities in the propaganda venue.
