This is the long form of Bezmenov's testimony.

Some caution is required: the KGB, First Directorate, is entirely composed of geniuses. An IQ of 140 or better is required.

Both Putin and Bezmenov were First Directorate players.

These boys over-ruled virtually EVERY other Soviet official.

No-one EVER crossed the First Directorate of the KGB/ NKVD and survived it.

Beth...

You need to read up on 'ACTIVE MEASURES.'

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hWYgPDVX_8

Far more than you might dare to believe, you are witnessing the results of Active Measures.

The Soviets/ Russians have been behind the advancement of:

Feminism
Gay 'rights'/ priviledge
Libertarianism ( its founder's top priority was to zero out the DoD and the Vietnam war. This reality is now largely lost in history.)
Greens -- the whole movement
No Nukes!
AGW -- aka Warmism ( an economic tax upon the West)

On down the line.

These zany political nostrums are not/ were not advanced without tremendous KGB involvement.

Bezmenov WAS a KGB agent. He turned sane -- and was put on the KGB's death list.

The KGB was also entirely involved in the creation of the PLO, Arafat, et. al.

The key players have 'fessed up.'

It was the KGB that came up with the idea of Muslim jet hijackings. (They got the idea from Havana, natch.)

Read Nyquist on more details. They just go on, and on, and on.

&&&

It was the NKVD/ KGB that converted the Nazis from Left to Right.

NO American press authority EVER referred to the Nazis as RIGHT WING all through WWII. Think about that.

When Barak Obama was running for office there was a number of people making the case that racism would get better.
I know many police officers in CT, who would recount now many times black police officers suffered more in black neighborhoods than white police officers.
Time and again I was told when a black police officer arrested blacks they were treated like Uncle Toms and betrayers of black people. So often black officers didn't want to work in black precincts because of the ugly way they were treated.
Heather MacDonald writes tirelessly about how black activists hurt poor black neighborhoods. Before stop and frisk apartments were over run with drug dealers and drug attics doing business in their halls in order to stay out of sight of cameras and police. This brought much more chaos and other criminal activities along with the drugs.
Now the neighborhoods are cleaned up and maybe we can look at different ways to have better relationships within a community, but instead the Left wants to dismantle what made the streets safe for the elderly and children.
It is hard to believe that anyone group of people can look at the world and come to exact wrong conclusion, nearly 100% of the time, as much as the Left does. For that matter, I would applaud the Left's near perfect record if it didn't do so much harm.

Southhampton cops searched her and found a legally owned rifle that she was transporting from a nearby rifle range. She contends a deputy sheriff arrived on the scene later and said to her, “I bet you are one of those Tea Party people.” When Genovese said she’s gone to Tea Party rallies, he allegedly said, “You’re a real right-winger, aren’t you?” and “You are a ‘Teabagger’” and then added that she’d be arrested for terrorism to make an example of other “right wingers.”

“Ms. Genovese was subjected to a level of abuse because [authorities] did not share the same political views as she did and saw this as an excuse to deny her even the most basic civil rights,” her lawyer Frederick Brewington said.

Genovese said in a statement said she was “relieved” by the jury’s verdict. She added, “if this can happen to me, and officers can abuse their power like this, I can only imagine how other people who are not as fortunate as me have been treated.”

Here is what Mika said.
“It should not be based on the data,” Brzezinski said. “It should be based on moving society forward, and treating whites and blacks equally.”
One is commenting on police profiling in NYC; the other is commenting on the alleged UVA rape case. The common thread is that both are stating that facts and data should be ignored in favor of an approved narrative.
Conclusion: for "progressives," the approved narrative trumps facts and data. No surprise here. Recall Rathergate.

It's not confined to the US either. Here in Britain, the police have been caught out a few times setting up roadblocks in disgustingly white areas of the country and giving people superficial "searches" in order to hit the right racial breakdown numbers and allow them to search the people they want to search (who are unfortunately disproportionately ethnic minority)!

Divining a right to frisk someone is unconstitutional. The cop has to say he saw something that tipped him off (and skin color, I'm pretty sure, has already been adjudicated as not being allowed).

Why do we have to keep litigating our right to be free from unwarranted search and seizure?
