Well, there’s your problem. The 9th Circuit is nothing but judicial activism in pursuit of cultural Marxism. The SCOTUS overrules them more than any other court, and with good reason.

Some non-Hispanic students then raised the American flag on a tree to show their American patriotism. The Mexican group found this offensive, and then the two groups exchanged profanity-laced threats.

To fix the ‘problem’, the principal issued an order banning students from wearing Stars and Stripes shirts. If a student was caught in violation of the crime of wearing the American flag they would either have to turn them inside-out or go home. The incident garnered national attention as many expressed outrage that students were barred from wearing patriotic clothing.

In the original ruling, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decided that past problems at the school gave officials sufficient and justifiable reasons for the order. In its opinion, the court said that schools in general have wide latitude in curbing certain civil rights to ensure campus safety.

I suggest that there are two parts to this. The first is to call into question that the liberal left is always right (in both the factual and the moral sense); this is the initial crack in their “political dyke.” The second part is that they begin to accept the fact that opponents of the political left aren’t evil, stupid, knuckle-dragging mouth-breathers just because they oppose the political left.

The problem as I see it, is that these two parts don’t depend on one another. One can take step one but never reach step two and both must occur to begin to catalyze any kind of meaningful change in one’s belief system.

I estimate that the Leftist alliance has deployed no more than 11% of their total power since the percentages started increasing exponentially in 2007.

Biowarfare might push it up to 15% though. When 50% hits, the war will either be over or people will try to fight and then lose because they lost too much time.

I suggest less than a week.

But there are a couple of caveats to this:

1. It’s not really a surprise to anyone with a brain.

2. I always felt the “October Surprise” meme implied something done by political enemies for political reasons, and that wouldn’t apply here.

3. I’d rather not see Ebola (or Enterovirus 68) become so big in the U.S. that it actually helps sway an election, despite the fact that the Democrats brought this on themselves, but that means real people are suffering and dying needlessly. I don’t care what the politic calculus is… I don’t want to see that.

4. But if it does, hopefully it will sway some people to consider common sense over politics, which is always a good thing. Obama rode a wave of politics over common sense, and to see it begin to crumble is to see this country and society start to step back from the abyss. It would help if there were an opposition party worth supporting, but hopefully that will come in time.

In general, all Liberal efforts on unofficial plane will be negative and destructive in character, designed to tear down sources of strength beyond reach of Liberal control. This is only in line with basic Liberal instinct that there can be no compromise with rival power and that constructive work can start only when Liberal power is doming But behind all this will be applied insistent, unceasing pressure for penetration and command of key positions in administration and especially in police apparatus of the country.

Liberal powerm is neither schematic nor adventunstic. It does not work by fixed plans. It does not take unnecessary risks. Impervious to logic of reason, and it is highly sensitive to logic of force.
