That’s the approximate situation that Israel finds itself in. It does not dig tunnels into Gaza hoping to attack them in secret. It doesn’t bomb Gaza unless bombed first. It has no charter that calls for the destruction of the Palestinians. Israel builds its economy and its culture. It does not want war with anyone.
