Rigel, a black Lab, was unsurpassed in, shall we say, oral adventures. Couches, walls, remote controls….and jewelry. There came a point in time when I searched through every daily dump with chopsticks, until I recovered a pair of diamond stud earrings. Vigorous cleaning and a soak in alcohol for a week and they were good as new.
