Given all the dozens of waivers and exceptions he’s already carved out from *his* law — regardless of what *his* law actually stipulates in terms of requirements — he can easily, with a stroke of his proverbial presidential pen (the one he loves to use when Congress won’t acquiesce to this or that), carve out one more, that stipulates “if you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan, period, regardless of what my precious legislation may stipulate to the contrary. PERIOD.”

Case closed, problem solved.

Except he won’t do that, and we (here) all know why.

Kinda like if I step on your foot, hard and deliberate, and I offer “excuse me”, with sincere, blinking “who, me?” eyes — but I don’t remove my foot from on top of yours.
