These spy like functions were spread across a wide time frame in American history. Nixon&#039;s primary problem was that he didn&#039;t act on his enemies list and perhaps trusted too many of the wrong people in the FBI to get things done legally.

Wouldn&#039;t it be ironic if his licensed or unlicensed actions were found out because the FBI themselves were the experts on these internal espionage acts.

Who did it benefit, I wonder, in the end.]]></description>
