You say “dispachers are not necessarly the best source of advice.” That would be making my point. Wouldn’t a better trained, savvy dispatcher have told Zimmerman to stay in his vehicle?

That Zimmerman lost sight of Martin says nothing about the real or apparent danger he was in.

First, Zimmerman didn’t call 911, he called a regualar police number.

Second, dispachers are not necessarly the best source of advice. When a friend’s wife in a remote area called police to report men in a truck driving through the neighbor hood, trying to ram down fences and then walking up her driveway, dispatch told her to put away her gun, instead she fired in the air and the men left.

Third, When Zimmerman left his truck, I believe he had already lost sight of Martin. So at that point it didn’t seem all that dangerous.

And if anyone is killed as a result of this, whether by riots or assassinations, the media will have blood on its hands.

I thought I couldn’t despise the media any more than I did after they gave us Obama. They have proven me wrong with their deliberate lies and deception in this case.

When TSHTF, media people will find themselves in a world of trouble, to put it delicately. They have much to answer for for what they have done to this country, and they will have to turn to God for mercy, since many Americans won’t have any.

Agree with your observations. That judge is young. She does not want her career ruined by this thing. She does not want a lifetime target on her chest. This entire situation is a giant mess.

What it also is: a totalitarian mindset by the left, the media, and the race hustlers. It is this mindset: do it our way or we will punish you. The left, media, and race hustlers are not seeking truth. Rather, they are seeking conformity, and they will punish apostates, be they Zimmerman, or a judge, or jury members. Totalitarian mindset.

The 911 operator successfully and almost immediately stopped Zimmerman’s pursuit of Martin.

At 2:22, without any prompting other than the aforementioned noises and breathing, the dispatcher asks “Are you following him?” to which Zimmerman responds, “Yeah.”

At 2:26 [i.e. 4 seconds later], the dispatcher says, “Okay, we don’t need you to do that,” to which Zimmerman responds, “Okay.”

Zimmerman proceeds to give the dispatcher his name. Then he says, “He ran.”

Zimmerman can still be heard breathing into the phone until about 2:39, at which point the heavy breathing stops entirely, a mere 13 seconds after the dispatcher asked him to stop following. A very calm and collected Zimmerman then proceeds to give the dispatcher his own information, directions and a description of his location for another 1 minute and 33 seconds.

So, we have Zimmerman, on the 911 audio, saying that Martin ran; we have Zimmerman breathing normally and giving calm description to the 911 operator for approx 90 seconds, i.e. we have Zimmerman not running, i.e. we have Zimmerman not chasing Martin.

The media has done massive false reporting of this story. The publicly known evidence, such as the 911 audio, et al, is on Zimmerman’s side.

I bet the judge is thinking “thanks for nothin'” because the mob is going to blame the person who doesn’t move this forward.
