Beckham is an athlete who lives in Hollywood and has managed to trade in on his good looks. Errol Flynn was something else entirely. Maybe I just think Beckham seems better looking because in this picture he projects a more masculine and rugged image, but that’s also one of the key differences: Flynn’s look ranged from the masculine to, at times, a more androgynous sort of beauty, but he was also famous for his suave and debonair personality, whereas Beckham is more famous for his looks, his body, and his athletic skill.
