The worst Jello recipe that I have is in one of my cookbooks, although it’s an anecdote more than a recipe. The author talks about how her mother once brought a red-and-yellow concoction to the table that she announced to be raspberry Jello. When asked about the source of the yellow streaks, she replied that she had put some butter in it to “make it richer.”
