Keep talking, Obambi.

Since Obambi learned politics in Chicago, anyone who has any recollection of Chicago politics would have laughed from the beginning at his claim that he is "not just another politician." Say anything to get elected, including the previous quoted phrase: now THAT is Chicago politics.

Reminds me of the billboard I saw years ago. "Waller: Not Just Another Small Texas Town." It is definitely a good marketing gimmick, because I remember it years after seeing it.

Just Jimmah Carter saying that (unlike those dastardly politicians) he would never lie to us, Good marketing gimmick. In retrospect, while I did vote for Jimmah the first time, we should all be grateful that most politicians are NOT like Jimmah.

(Do anything to get elected, such as get your opponents off the ballot is ALSO Chicago politics. Just ask Obambi.)

Three pairs of contradictory statements from Obama.
Voiceover: "Is there anything we can believe?"
This clip, up to the word 'elected'.
Voiceover: "Yes, maybe there is."
Image: "McCain 2008"
Voiceover, McCain: "I'm John McCain, and I approved this message."

The right time for this is probably late September, in time to change minds, but not so long before the election that it will
be forgotten. Or else mid-August to mid-September, with repeats periodically until the election. But that's riskier.

The problem is that last voiceover line. McCain just won't want to do it.
