I bought this property for the trees more than anything….pecans, oaks, magnolias, elms, sumacs…..I’ve terrific trees. They keep my yard, and house, cool in the heat and are a joy to observe. There is nothing like a tree filled property……worth the cost at most any price.

When were these sacrificed to smaller blooming trees? I have nothing against flowering crabs, but the tree-shaded porch was better. I have often wondered why the eco-activists don’t start a shade tree project.
