But to charge with it CIA would be a blunder. They never were able to do such things properly, and now, when they leak at every opportunity to play dirty tricks on Bush, it is absolutely inappropriate. But if I were at Board of Directors of British Petroleum, for example, I would seriously considered to hire a professional killer amongst local bandits (there lots of them in Venezuela, of course). It certainly would be much cheaper than expected losses due to nationalization. Private initiative is always more effective than governmental bodies.
