					<description><![CDATA[I noticed a comment a while back about U.S. arrogance in telling countries they couldn&#039;t have nuclear weapons.  This isn&#039;t some game where we each get to take turns and fairness doesn&#039;t enter into it at all.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;We have nuclear weapons, we&#039;ve used them and know the damage they can do so we&#039;d like to see to it that no more countries have them. Many of the countries that want them the most are run by thugs, madmen, fanatics or tyrants.  This is called reality and self-preservation, not patty-cake.]]></description>
